Greetings, New Orleans food lovers! This week, we reveal the results of our burger brackets, as readers voted (and voted and voted) for their favorite burger. The New Orleans Wine and Food Experience is coming: Find out how to do it right. The owner of the now-closed Mexican favorite Casa Borrega hints at new locations, and we brave the spicy noodles at Metairie's Queen Curry. A rooftop sake bar will top this Asian fusion restaurant in Bay St. Louis. Finally, Liz Williams shares her recipes for roasted chicken and new potatoes, plus an old-school New Orleans favorite: jam made from Japanese plums.
