The best advice I have is to really focus on what is in our control. We can control our behavior, our actions, our reactions. Instead of focusing on what you could have done differently, think about all the things you’ve been able to do for yourself or your loved ones. If it helps, write down a list of the items you have a say in right now. And remember: The precautions you may have had to take for your safety were for good reason. |
