That's the risk in buying into those one-year wonders. Sometimes, it makes you look brilliant -- Corey Kluber's mid-career breakout led to a half-decade of ace-level production. But oftentimes, as with Bauer and Jesus Aguilar in 2019, it can prove disastrous. We're looking both ahead and behind us today in diving into one-season wonders.
