I was raised in a farming community in a modest home with five siblings. We didn't have a lot of money. Yet, somehow, we all turned out to be responsible, industrious, well-meaning adults.

How did that happen?

Could it be something as simple as family dinners? I think I learned more at the dinner table than I did in school.

  • Smarter
  • Higher achievers
  • Healthier
  • More likely to avoid high risk behaviors

And you'll have better relationships with them.
