I met Bedros Keuilian in 2008 when I joined his first Mastermind group.
We then started another Mastermind together in 2009, and ran it for the next 10 years.
Along the way Bedros started Fit Body Boot Camp… nearly went bankrupt… had his employees revolt… had an anxiety attack (that he too thought was a heart attack)… and eventually conquered his bad habits to turn Fit Body into an empire.
“Empire” also became the name of the podcast Bedros and I started in 2017… the same year he released his book, Man Up.
Bedros features me – and how I helped him – on page 54 of Man Up.
He’s the big brother I never had… the man who stayed on me about my big goals of getting married and starting a family… and the person I’m referring to when I say:
The secret ingredient of success is accountability to someone that you deeply do not want to disappoint. When you have that level of accountability, you can move mountains in your life.
Bedros helped me overcome my introverted tendencies and transformed me into a better man.
He was the leader of my tribe, my social support, and the mentor I needed to become the 2.0 version of Craig Ballantyne.
So of course, I was honored to step on stage and serve his tribe when I spoke at his event in California earlier this month.
Today I want to share one of my favorite bits of wisdom from my brother Bedros:

When you click the link above you’ll be taken to the Early to Rise website…
Where you can read this short article by Bedros on how to become a high performance machine in every aspect of your life.
