A Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina local and graduate from Cornell University, Mark Anastos, is one of two scholars slated to begin full-time employment with Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division. Anastos graduated from the Science, Mathematics and Research for Transformation Scholarship (SMART) program and will begin his career later this summer.
