Texas Governor Greg Abbot just dropped COVID restrictions on business and masks, at a time when new variants of the virus are threatening a new resurgence. Mississippi too. Some other states dropping restrictions to a lesser degree. Bad timing for public health but it is always good timing for cartoonists.
