Good morning. Big-name leverage finance lawyer moves in London have changed the pecking order of leading law firms in the U.K. We're also looking at Australia's M&A market, which appears to be a bright spot for cross-border deal lawyers in Asia. And in the U.S., seven of twelve jurors who will decide the fate of Donald Trump in his first criminal trial have been empaneled, and two of them are -- you guessed it -- lawyers from Big Law.
