In the early 1980s, young, energetic, and Dolphin shorts-wearing fitness phenom Richard Simmons celebrated his burgeoning success with the $670,000 purchase of a grand Colonial home perched on a high shelf above L.A.'s Sunset Strip. Simmons retreated to the property around 2014 and was rarely seen in public after. Now, after his passing last year, his private refuge is being sold by his estate for almost $7 million. Meanwhile, NFLer Joey Bossa was traded to the Buffalo Bills, and the former Los Angeles Charger is looking to unload his contemporary SoCal residence near SoFi Stadium replete with all its state-of-the-art gym equipment.
