Readers, Friends, Jets fans,
In addition to the near-universally held belief that it is an uncouth move to heat up fish in the office microwave, most Americans agree that the Monday after the Super Bowl should be a national holiday. But until the fat cats down in D.C. stop worrying about foreign affairs, public health and the environment to focus on the issues that really matter, we’ll have to content ourselves with celebrating the NFL’s championship game on Super Sunday.
And celebrate we will, with plentiful beers in hand and a smorgasbord of tasty, don’t-tell-your-cardiologist-y snacks laid out on the coffee table in front of us.
Below, you’ll find 13 game-day recipes from some of our favorite chefs around the globe. Whether you’re a face-painter, a secret double-dipper or a just-here-for-the-ads person, they’re guaranteed to make your day a bit more enjoyable.
Try one. Try two. Try ‘em all. Variety is the spice of life.
Game on,
