America has been heading in the wrong direction for too long. I'm allowed to say that because I'm Canadian ;) It’s time for America to give credit where credit is due... To the blue collar entrepreneurs that have built this country on their back. Here’s the problem though... People - especially young people - frown at the jobs I grew up doing (farming, construction, etc.) Yet demand for these workers is increasing. Many of my clients are remodeling their homes or building new ones this year (thanks to record profits in 2020)… Yet the work is taking forever because construction companies can’t find good tradespeople and can’t take on more jobs! Check this out… There are currently an estimated 480,600 plumbers in the United States. And the job market for plumbers is expected to grow by 15.6% between 2016 and 2026. Robots aren't replacing these jobs anytime soon... There is a HUGE opportunity for hard working Blue Collar Entrepreneurs IF they make the right moves in 2021… And I really believe it will help America - a country that I love! - get back on track. So let’s talk about building a plan for Blue Collar Entrepreneurs to be successful... First, what is a "Blue Collar Entrepreneur"? You're either... In construction, plumbing / electrical / other trades, farming, transportation, the fitness industry, or some other role where you get your hands dirty... Or like me, you came from a blue collar background and have a strong Blue Collar work ethic... … even though your business keeps you behind a computer all day instead of getting dirt under your nails. Well the good news is… Your blue collar work ethic can springboard you past 90% of the wannabe entrepreneurs out there. You know… the ones who’ve never put in a good honest day’s work in their life. BUT that same strength can also be your downfall... Because there’s a common hang-up that us blue collar folks often share—and it will hold you back from ever accomplishing greatness in your life if you let it... The #1 mistake of blue collar entrepreneurs is being trapped in the "golden handcuffs" of hard work. You think you have to do everything yourself... You might even think it's an insult to your heritage to ask for help, let alone hire an assistant. Right? Tell me you haven’t felt like that before… Or thought… Geez, I hope Dad doesn’t find out that I hired someone to mow my lawn. My mother still chastises me when she hears about all the “work around the house” that I don’t do myself! And because of this “I will do it myself” mindset… So many blue collar entrepreneurs grind themselves into the ground... We suffer in silence... because that's what we think "tough" people do... And we mistakenly believe that we could never find good people willing to work as hard or as well as we do… Or, as one attendee at my Miami Mastermind said this weekend, “It’ll take me too long to teach someone else how to do it as well as me!” Trust me, I’ve been there… right before I had an anxiety attack that sent me to the ER from working too much! And so our Blue Collar background destroys our bodies, feeds our anxiety, and keeps us STUCK … at $100K, $250K, or $500K per year… When we should be doing 7-figures and above. The simple fix, of course, is stepping into your greatness and becoming the CEO of your life and business… And hiring a team that does that frontline work IN the business for you… ...so you can work ON actually GROWING your business. But for us blue collar thinkers that’s easier said than done. Our mindset is a hurdle we must overcome. And THAT is your first step to becoming a blue collar millionaire. When you already have the work ethic the rest isn’t hard. My mindset is what I fixed to make my first million. Most people don’t understand the internal struggle of the blue collar entrepreneur… But I do because I am one. That’s why I want to help you. Not just with getting more customers and making more sales… But also with breaking through those mental barriers keeping you from making the moves you need to make. I want to help you overcome the same obstacles I faced… So you can truly tap into your blue collar strengths and start earning the 7-figures you’re worth. >>> Here’s How My friend Vince Del Monte struggled with this too… He was a fitness guy working crazy hours and doing almost almost everything by himself in his businesses. 12-13 hour days were normal for Vince. But we found a way for him to triple his income with his main business so he could slash his work hours and finish each day by 4pm. I made a short video explaining how I helped Vince beat burnout and get the business and life that he deserved… ...and how YOU can do the same.
