Heading into the 2017-18 season, sophomore left guard Ben Bredeson is considered a veteran for the Michigan football team's young offensive line. The Michigan women's basketball team triumphed over Villanova, earning a spot in the WNIT. As of the launch of the DEI last October, the percentage of underrepresented-minority tenured faculty at the University of Michigan has not changed from 2011 to 2016. The Great Lakes Restoration Initiative is losing $50 million of their budget as part of President Donald Trumpâs $18 billion immediate budget cuts. Finally, the Michigan baseball team's versatility has proven to be an asset this season.

The Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, responsible for eliminating pollution and combating invasive species in the Great Lakes, is losing $50 million of their budget as part of President Donald Trumpâs $18 billion immediate budget cuts. The funds will be used to help pay for the U.S.-Mexico border wall, according to The Detroit News.
The Michigan womenâs basketball team was in this exact position a year ago â and the year before that â making this the third-straight attempt at crossing over into the finals of the WNIT. And finally, this year, the Wolverines did just that â beating Villanova, 65-61.
