Three female employees have filed a lawsuit against Synapse Financial Technologies and CEO Sankaet Pathak, saying they experienced a pattern of harassment and intimidation at the startup. Their complaint also says that Pathak was intent on "breaking" female employees to rebuild them as ideal workers.
