The Darktown delegation has arrived! Come and meet them on Friday? Join us this Friday as we open the doors on The Darktown Seaside Beano - an exhibition by Jonny Hannah and other fellow revellers. Those revellers include some brilliant contemporary artists and printmakers from near and far. They've all produced a one-off, A3 'postcard' from the Seaside, all priced at £150 and all going on sale at 6pm this Friday. So form an orderly queue, and come and raise a glass to the Darktown delegation. We are looking forward to having them with us until the 12th November. We're open every day 11am-5pm, or you can view the work in our online gallery any time. |

New in the shop; Pikaya jewellery and ceramics from Rose Wallace Created through the process of lost wax carving, hand-cast in brass and gold plated for a longer lustre, Pikaya Jewellery makes small-batch modern heirlooms characterised by clean lines and unique textures. Come in to the gallery to see their updated collection. We've also received a new consignmnet from the studio of Oxford-based ceramicist Rose Wallace, who uses traditional techniques and discarded ephemera to tell new narratives. We've got some new press-moulded merfolk as well as her flatback sculptures with Staffordshire glaze, all on display at ABtS and online. |
