Wrapping Up the Spring Tour Season

Redwood Hill Farm is savoring the delights of Spring for the next few weeks. The goat kids are jumping, the wildflowers are blooming, and the milking does are happily chomping away at tender rose bushes. The final tour of the Spring season is Sunday, June 10th. This will be your last chance until Fall to cuddle a baby goat, sample the farm's homegrown olive oil, and picnic in the orchard.

Kale Artichoke Yogurt Dip
Artichokes are fresh and plentiful in Sonoma County this time of year. If you're lucky enough to grow them in your garden, this recipe is a worthy excuse to harvest them. Using our plain goat milk yogurt, this is a playful twist on traditional artichoke dip, without the heaviness of mayonnaise and melted cheese. The flavors are complex and balanced, and the light texture is perfect for a warm June day.
