Payanywhere is excited to unveil the Device Hub! Avoid tech support, troubleshooting, and downtimes with live insights to quickly assist merchants with any device issues or questions. You can even view app activity and manage app settings on behalf of your merchants, all from behind your own screen. |
The Device Hub is fully functional for all devices running the Payanywhere app and provides:
| A list of all the devices tied to a merchant’s account. | | Geolocation, battery level, app version, and more. | | The ability to view and edit payment and receipt settings for your merchants. |

To use the Device Hub, log in with your Partner Hub credentials and enter a merchant’s MID (make sure to select "I'm a Sales Partner"). |
By default, you have access to your merchant’s devices, but merchants have the option to disable Sales Partner access in Payments Hub under Business Settings → Devices if they so choose. |
