On 12 June this year it will be exactly 75 years ago that Anne Frank was given her first diary, with its red checked cover, for her thirteenth birthday and wrote in it for the first time. And it is 70 years ago that Anne Frank’s diary was published, on 25 June 1947. From 12 June to 25 June we will be using a social media campaign to call on people all over the world to reflect on the diary of Anne Frank and its meaning: #Diary75.
