Bundesliga Edition 03.12.2016

Dear Eagles around the globe,

more than one month has passed since we sent you the last edition of our little newsletter. Meanwhile, Eintracht have played the first twelve matches of the 2016/17 Bundesliga season.

SGE, who were ranked 8th in the standings when we sent you this newsletter’s previous edition, have even managed to climb a few spots in the table. After a surprising 2-2 draw v the German champions FC Bayern, the Eagles won their away match against Hamburger SV (0-3), drew against Champions League contestants Borussia Mönchengladbach (0-0), and celebrated further victories v 1. FC Köln (1-0), SV Werder Bremen (1-2) and vice champions Borussia Dortmund (2-1). Who would have thought that at the beginning of the season?

Tomorrow (on Sunday, 4 December 2016, at 17.30 CET) Eintracht will play v. FC Augsburg. The match takes place in Augsburg’s WWK Arena. Our newsletter contains information regarding this encounter. Let us hope that Eintracht’s winning streak will last.

As always, keep on following Frankfurt – over land and sea! And have a joyful time before Christmas!

Sincerely yours,

The English Eintracht Internet Team
