"It just tastes better!"

"Oh my goodness, this jam is awesome! I gave it a try and wished I had bought 2 or 3. Get you a jar--you won't regret it!! Bravo P.P."--Jeremy

You have to taste it to believe it.
I love these mixes! I make both flatbreads--focaccia-- and pizza with them. They are our easiest, quickest bread mixes.

You can mix the dough in your stand-type mixer or in your bread machine.

If you want to make thin-crust pizzas, divide the dough and make two 15-inch rounds. Or use your baking sheets.

It's so simple! Press the dough into your baking pan and let it rise for an hour or so, drizzle it with olive oil and the seasoning packet (included), and bake it for about 15 minutes.

Whether you make thick crust or thin, it's easier with a roller.

It's almost the only way to get a thin crust thin enough. And it's the best way to make a thin instead of a bulky rim.
