I have been contemplating the election results. This Bible verse came to my attention:
Deuteronomy 1:13 (English Standard Version)
13 Choose for your tribes wise, understanding, and experienced men, and I will appoint them as your heads.
Moses told the people to use the following criteria to determine who would lead them:
- Wise
- Understanding
- Experienced
Here are a few of the Virtues that must be present in order to produce that list:
- Humility
- Respect
- Kindness
- Self-control
- Never giving up
Would you agree that if both parties put forth candidates that met this criteria that America would be a better place?
