NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHED

We have launched our new English Vermouth, SCHOFIELD'S DRY, a collaboration with the world-renowned Schofield Brothers. We have been designing and blending it now for almost a year and it's great to get it finally out there and launched! It's quite a different style of Dry Vermouth, a criminally neglected category, and is packed with aromatic, bitterness, vibrant citrus notes and some intense floral aromas. We've tried to make a Dry Vermouth which can be the star of the show, and we think we've succeeded! More info below:

Created by two brothers in London for two brothers in Manchester.

A complex blend of botanicals infused in English white wine, SCHOFIELD’S Dry Vermouth is the perfect partner for your martini. Crisp, dry and aromatic.

Pour over ice and top with tonic and a lemon wedge, or stir into a classic martini and ease your way into the evening. Olive or lemon? You decide.

Duration: 1 Month

Botanicals: Rose / Camomile / Jasmine / Gentian / Cardamom / Lime leaves / Rosemary / Elderflower / Lavender / Sage / Calamus / Dittany / Hyssop / Orange / Thyme / Mugwort / Savory / Cinnamon / Nutmeg / Vanilla / Wormwood / Milk thistle / Coriander / Cinchona / Lemon / Centaury / Cloves / Yarrow

Base wine: English Bacchus / Chardonnay / Seyval Blanc

Sweetener: Organic Cane Sugar

Fining: None

Filtration: 1 Micron

Allergens: Sulphites

Unfortunately this one didn't go through the Beta Testing process as we were working to a tight brief with the brothers, but if anyone is keen to try it we have samples available for the first 50 respondents. Please make your request here!

LAST FEW DAYS TO INVEST

It's been a great campaign on Crowdcube so far and we are over the moon with the progress, the feedback and the results. But all good things must come to an end, as they say!

We would really like to make these last few days count and are looking to overfund the campaign as high as we can. The more funding we manage to raise, the more quickly we can meet our targets by investing more funds into sales & marketing activity and strengthening the Asterley Bros team.

For the last few days of the campaign we wanted to give everyone as many chances as possible to meet us, ask questions or try the range, so we have a lot of activity planned this week:

Friday 4th October
We will be at Wild Honey restaurant in Piccadilly between 4pm and 7pm so you can come meet us and try the Asterley Bros range, or perhaps some Wild Honey vermouth and an aged Asterley Bros Negroni? However if you just find yourself in the Friday mood, and ready for an aperitif, this one is a drop-in session open to all.
