Fischer Transalp 2021
Traversing the snow covered Alps is the dream of any ski tourer. Fischer is making this dream a reality again for the eleventh time in March, 2021 with the Fischer Transalp. A special highlight of the upcoming tour is the route selection, which was specifically focused on finding the best descents. Passionate alpine athletes from all over the world have the opportunity to apply for the Fischer Transalp 2021, starting immediately.
Interview with alpine touring enthusiast Lukas Ruetz
Lukas Ruetz ski tours over 140 days per season and climbs +/- 200,000 vertical meters. In this interview he tells us about special moments on the mountains, his favorite touring companion, how he got back on his feet, and skis only a short time after suffering a torn cruciate ligament, and which tours are on his to-do list for this season:
Three pro skiers, two mountain bikers and an adventure racer came together for Nordic skiing. Intense battles, epic fails and snow as far as the eye can see guarantee an experience they will never forget. The first two episodes are already online. Release of the full video will happen at the end of next week.
