MLK DAY: Mayor LaToya Cantrell and other city leaders gathered to commemorate the life of the late Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday as part of the national holiday in honor of the slain Civil Rights leader. The mayor and others promoted voting rights and social justice, but also decried the plague of violence in Black communities. We've also got photos from the north shore, where school groups and residents marched in Covington.
