Jenn Lee, President of Vacation Planners, joins Emma Weissmann, Executive Editor of TravelAge West, to share their mutual excitement for the next generation of travel industry professionals. Lee hosted a workshop at Future Leaders that guided advisors in thinking about their foundation and what’s next for their business. During the workshop, Lee spoke about the “Consumer Conundrum” and how she hopes to help advisors and consumers understand the expected experience when working with a travel advisor. Lee also discussed how the next generation of advisors is capitalizing on new technology while still appreciating the human touch that makes working with an advisor so special.
