After several consecutive days without catastrophic mishaps, the FAA approved a plan for Alaska Airlines and United Airlines to resume Boeing Max 9 flights by next week. Boeing's stock still fell 5.7%. Apple is now the most popular smartphone in China. The EU forced Apple to drop its App Store commission from 30% to 17% and open iOS up to third-party app stores.
