Back for the sixth time, the GOAT is charging towards Global Poker with three weeks of tournament action.

The series officially starts on July 15 and runs until Aug. 4, with a staggering GC 965,000,000 and SC 2,230,000 guaranteed, the largest in the tournament’s history.

The GOAT kicks off with two special opening freerolls on July 14 with CG 2,000,000 and SC 5,000 up for grabs to anybody with a Global Poker account. The site will also be sprinkling in pop-up freerolls every weekend!

The schedule not only includes thrilling new Saturday mystery bounty events, but with 216 Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin events offered, there is something for everyone. It all culminates with the two main events, guaranteeing GC 40,000,000 and SC 200,000 on Aug. 4.

As always, players will be fighting their way up the GOAT series leaderboard for their share of additional rewards and prizes.

And new for this season, the site has announced the launch of the Global Poker Championship Season, which will tie tougher all four tournament series (GOAT, Eagle Cup, Grizzly Games, and Rattlesnake Open).

The top two players from each leaderboard will earn a spot in either the online Gold Coin final or a live Sweeps Coin showdown in Las Vegas. The season sets the stage for a dramatic battle to crown the ultimate Global Poker champion.
