Sleeps up to 10 (4 bedrooms)
Offer based on a 7-night stay
24th - 31st Oct 2021

Highlights: Discover peace and tranquility at the mouth of the River Dart, soak away your worries in the master tub, wake up to impressive views of the river through floor-to-ceiling windows, fire up the BBQ for an alfresco feast or dine at the mid-century dining table, enjoy drinks on the balcony as you gaze out to sea.
Home truths: It's possible to accommodate one additional guest on the trundle bed in the third bedroom, bedroom four is equipped with two bunk beds, there are no blinds in the bedrooms, which means it's very light – and you're likely to be an early riser here, you’re welcome to bring a well-behaved pet to this home, we highly recommend having a car in this area, due to its rural village location, there's lots of steps to get into the home, and indoors, so it isn't really suitable for those with limited mobility.

Home truths: You’re welcome to bring a well-behaved pet to this home for an additional £30, unfortunately, the home is not suitable for infants and toddlers, if you run out of wood for the fire, you can purchase additional logs from your hosts, we highly recommend having a car in this area.

Highlights: In the heart of From, it's boutiques and cafe's on your doorstep, enjoy breakfast al-fresco in the cottage's courtyard, explore historic Bath, 45-minutes by train, relax under the rainfall shower.
Home truths: The home lies on a narrow, cobbled hill so there's no parking directly outside. There is parking on some neighbouring streets, and a car park nearby too, the formation of the twin beds in the second bedroom is fairly snug, so we suggest anyone staying in this room packs light, pets are more than welcome in this property.

Highlights: A swimming pool with idyllic views, the welcoming terrace, stay in a converted barn, all of the interesting art installations, unwind in the hot tub, the host's collection of coffee table books.
Home truths: The host is happy to accommodate groups larger than twelve in some of the other properties on the estate if needed, some of the bathrooms were tired-looking when we visited – the grouting, in particular, needs some attention, it’s filled with quirky art pieces like wax figures, which might not be to everyone’s taste, it’s split across two floors – be prepared for some up and down, two guests would be on pull-out beds in bedroom two and four.

How Travelscoop works
You might be wondering how Travelscoop works. We think it's important that we're transparent about the value our service can bring you, but also the limitations of this email and our website.

We're journalistic at heart, with the aim of helping you to save on travelling and holidays. We do this by seeking out great travel and holiday deals, tips and competitions. We do not offer any travel products or services ourselves - we signpost you to those that do via links. While we are careful to always cover reputable companies that are ABTA bonded, we're not perfect, so remember that you use this information at your own risk and we can't accept liability if things go wrong.

So if we don't offer any travel products ourselves, how do we sustain the service? Many of our links are affiliated which means that if you purchase a product or service via these links, a small contribution may be made to Travelscoop. You shouldn't notice any difference, as these links don't impact the products at all. If we're unable to get a contribution from a company, we'll still include the link anyway - it's important to us that we cover the whole market.

Lastly, do not construe the information contained in this email and on our website as financial advice. Always do your own research to ensure a product or service is right for you and your individual circumstances.
