Remarkable Solutions

At TekRex, we're known for creating customized, high-quality solutions at a lower cost. Our latest case study focuses on a fiber optic cable manufacturer that wanted to design their own version of a loopback, which is a common testing device that “loops” a signal back through a transceiver port to verify that the port is working correctly. With their own loopback, the manufacturer could avoid the high prices and large levels of inventory from 3rd party suppliers and also improve upon the existing design.

DLP Decisions

When searching for a DLP solution, it’s difficult to decide what is best suited for your application. The DLi team is here to support you throughout your search for the right solution. There are a variety of off-the-shelf, production-ready optical modules available to help accelerate your design and development time for your advanced light control (ALC) application. We broke down the key differences between our CEL5500 Light Engine and the DLi6500 Type-S Optics Bundle to help you understand further.

Shocking Standards

Vibration testing allows Austin Reliability Labs to recreates a lifetime of stress that a product or assembly will experience in a short amount of time. Stresses induced in vibration testing are the vibrations objects experience while in operation or in transport. Shock testing measures the impact of scenarios with sudden acceleration, such as drops, collisions, and explosions. Within certain parameters, a shaker table can be used for shock testing, but ARL’s dedicated shock towers provide a larger displacement.
