Dear John,

Studies continue to find that people who consciously count their blessings tend to be happier. You may have experienced this for yourself! Research shows that people who intentionally express gratitude experience more positive emotions and awe. They also feel and express more compassion and kindness, sleep better and have stronger immune systems. 

Gratitude isn’t only for momentous occasions – tiny expressions of joy and thanks count too. For some simple gratitude practices and more about the science behind it, check out the classes and article below!
