Hi 😊
We would like to start today's newsletter off by saying well done. You did it, we all did it... nearly made it to the end of 2020 that is, and it's been anything but easy.
With the exception of a Boxing Day special edition, this is the last newsletter for the year. But don't worry, we'll be back sending all the best podcasts to your inbox again early in 2021.
This year was a challenge to say the least, and we know how much you deserve to take a breather, practise some self-care and feel amazing from the inside out. Which is what we're here to help with.
Want to get your body moving? Whether you're looking to keep fit while travelling or to exercise both the body and mind – we've got you covered.
Wondering what the key to happiness is? We have a whole segment dedicated to podcasts on how to be happy below, including how to hack happiness at work.
Plus, All In The Mind has a full episode dedicated to positivity, sharing the best tips on how to stay positive. 😃
We hope you have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year... See you in 2021, listeners. 🎧
