The toll of nurse burnout can seem overwhelming on many levels, including high stress, anxiety, and an increase in self-reported medical errors by critical care nurses.

For this week's lead story, I spoke with wellness guru Bernadette Melnyk, PhD, APRN-CNP, about what hospitals and health systems must do to turn things around.
