Hi Newsletter Subscribers and Beta Testers, The Crowdcube campaign closes tomorrow and to sum it up so far, here are 5 reasons that we believe will drive Asterley Bros’ success over the next few years, and help investors get a good return on their investment. We've sold almost 6,000 units of Asterley Bros products over the last couple of years, and are now stocked in some of the best bars and restaurants in the UK. The Asterley Bros range is already a hit, making handmade, artisan English products from high quality raw materials, creating a range that is unique in the marketplace. And now many of our customers are also investors! The rapid rise of the aperitivo in the UK, fuelled by Aperol, Campari, Spritzes and Negronis is reshaping the British market. There is now a growing UK consumer interest in botanicals, an appetite for bitter aperitif drinks and the wellness movement fuelling the desire for low and no alcohol serves. Vermouth and Amaro sit right in the middle of these exciting developments and UK sales of Campari and Aperol have seen huge growth over the past year, at 39% and 56% respectively. We have been busy assembling our new management team with all the skills, knowledge and know how to help us hit the ground running. Jim and I have been being joined by Joe Schofield and Jeremy Parsons, so we have a really capable team set to accelerate our growth. We are already exporting to Hong Kong and Singapore and will continue to develop our presence and sales in these locations, while expanding on international sales opportunities over the coming years. We will also keep expanding our product range to include our range of ‘House Vermouths’, developed specifically for high-volume sales into bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We will also continue to build on the success of our core range and most recent product launch last week, which gained a huge amount of high-profile interest. I hope this is a useful recap, and if you have any more questions feel free to ask. I have also included our video below again in case you would like to review or share. Many thanks, Rob Please note: ‘Investments of this nature carry risks to your capital. Please Invest Aware.’ |
