We’ve made some major changes to the way we moderate. Our revamped Community Guidelines have expanded with updated standards that prioritize preventing companies from leaving bogus or misleading reviews, incentivizing 5-taco reviews, and suppressing negative ones. We heard you loud and clear: you want to be able to review more than just the functionality of the product, but also the support experience and deal value. Our new moderation guidelines open the door for these reviews. But please remember, deal terms aren’t negotiable, and holding good reviews hostage for higher limits won’t be accepted.
