Seahawk Apparel To Supply Fife Winter Warmer Packs The Glenrothes-based clothing manufacturer, Seahawk Apparel, is working with Fife Council to put together 1,000 ‘winter warmer’ packs for local residents at risk of fuel poverty. With rising fuel costs and inflation, more people are having to make the difficult choice of heating or food. The winter warmer packs have been funded by Fife Council through the Scottish Government’s Winter Hardship fund, which helps people in fuel crisis and financial hardship. Support for Ukrainian workers in Scotland A new service is to be established to offer vital advice and urgent practical support to Ukrainian seasonal horticultural workers in Scotland.
