A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. Today the Global Lawyer challenges our assumptions about what criteria a firm has to meet to qualify for the "Global Elite," especially when you look at highly successful firms like Wachtell. Also, we look at an antitrust complaint recently filed by Google against Microsoft in the EU. Why aren't the two U.S. companies fighting it out on their home turf? Read the story to find out. And it looks like Mexico will have its day in court -- the U.S. Supreme Court -- in its fight against U.S. gun manufacturers.
