The country’s luxury real estate market has seen historic price increases in the past 12 months, and as a result, there’s no shortage of trophy properties awaiting buyers to drop seven or eight figures. From the East Coast all the way to the West, Robb Report scoured the nation to identify the most expensive homes currently on the open market in each of the 50 states—including Washington, D.C. The nation’s most lavish listing, with an equally astonishing $295 million price tag, goes to a waterfront compound in Naples, Florida, taking the crown from Bel Air’s $195 million Casa Encantada. Elsewhere, the legacy Los Angeles estate of former couple and Hyatt heirs Tony and Jeanne Pritzker can be yours for an eye-popping $195 million. Across its 50,000 square feet, the palatial spread comprises 16 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, a movie theater, a bowling alley, and nearly 20 fireplaces. If the property manages to fetch its hefty asking price, the colossal digs will smash the city’s home sale record.

Formerly shared by Tony and Jeanne Pritzker, the Beverly Crest compound features a bowling alley, wine cellar and wellness center.
