It is a day that will forever be etched in our collective memory, a day that serves as a stark reminder of the resilience and strength of the Jewish people. As we honor the memory of the six million Jews who perished during the Holocaust, we must also acknowledge the over 200,000 survivors living in Israel today. Tragically, 25% of these survivors are living below the poverty line, a number that continues to rise amidst Israel's economic challenges. At Feed Israel, we are committed to supporting these survivors who endured unspeakable horrors so that we could have a better future. Our dedicated volunteers provide food packages to those in need, offering a lifeline to the heroes who sacrificed so much for our people.
