Today on the blog we turn our attention to what has been achieved in the five years since COP 21 and the creation of the Paris Agreement. How much progress has actually been made? Are we still united and on track to change the course of history and avoid catastrophic climate change?
With failure to reach agreement on the rule book at COP 25, COP 26 postponed until next year, not to mention a global pandemic, the accord faces considerable challenges. But there is also reason to remain hopeful.
