The parking issue at Moncus Park

BY ADAM DAIGLE | Acadiana Business Editor

Visitors have been drawn to Moncus Park for its playground and green space, but it's created some challenges, namely parking.

The main parking lot, a paid lot, accommodates 155 cars. On Saturdays, there are another 200 spots open on the lawn. Sometimes those lots fill up and visitors are tempted to park at nearby businesses.

A new parking lot is in the works that will add another 150 spaces.

You can read the full report here.

Have a great weekend and thanks for reading.
