I wanted to bring up important information on the PDPM transition which is set to take place next year. 

• The Case Mix Classification System under the SNF Perspective Payment System
• SNF Value Based Purchasing Program
• SNF Quality Reporting Program

It is a continued commitment to shift payments from Volume to Value. These changes are designed to improve the quality of patient care and reduce the complexity of the PDPM. The changes must be adhered to by October of 2019, and we would like to ensure compliance by your department.

We have two options that will help make this seamless for your organization:

1. Live instructor training either at one of our upcoming Boot camps:

Las Vegas - September 17-19,
Orlando November 12-14, or
NEW! San Francisco November 28-30th.

Alternatively we can bring our world class instructors to your facility to train your entire team.

2. Virtual year long instructor lead reviews and education provided to you by our Propel Advisory Services team. This would consist of monthly discussions, reports and assessments to ensure compliance across the organization.
