But did you know that your sex, the duration of your work commute, education level, cultural norms and geography can play a role, too? Those last two were particularly important in a recent study that yielded seven "global clusters" of sleep duration; and based on that, Albanians were the top sleepers at an average of 7 hours and 32 minutes nightly.
