The Newark-born singer, best known for the megahit “I Will Survive,” is asking $1.25 million for the 5,318-square-foot in Green Brook, according to the New York Times. She previously put it on the market in 2019 and then again at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. The housing market has picked back up in the past year. The home was built in 1988 |
San Francisco’s tax base to decline for first time in 25 years Posted: 02 May 2021 09:00 AM PDT The city of San Francisco is projecting its property tax base will decline for the first time in more than a quarter-century. The city controller’s office projects that the city’s commercial and residential tax base fell 0.46 percent last year, from $301.4 billion to $300 billion, according to Bloomberg. That would result in a $7.6 million loss in revenue for the fiscal year starting in July. It would be the first such drop since 1994 |
