Miami Heat player Victor Oladipo scored a Miami Beach spec home for $7.8 million, The Real Deal has learned. The deal marks a record for a non-waterfront home in Miami Beach. The previous record was $6.5 million for a nearby Hibiscus Island home in February as well as for a North Bay Road home in April. Canada’s soaring home sales may reach their highpoint in 2021. From there, numbers could start to dip. The Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation projects that as many as 602,000 homes could be sold this year, up from 550,000 last year, according to Bloomberg.
