The 2017 Buick Envision CUV, made in China, did not live up to expectations. It was not loud; it did not vibrate; it did not have a terrible fit-and-finish or a hollow and wimpy steering wheel; it was not void of tech-y features; it was not cheap nor was it poor quality. What it did have could be enough to make American car brands worried.
