Coming up this weekend
The live action kicks off on Friday afternoon with Slovakia v Ukraine at 2pm (all times BST), followed by Poland v Austria (5pm) and Netherlands v France (8pm) as Euro 2024 continues apace.

On Saturday, the England's men's rugby union team are in Tokyo to take on Japan as they prepare for their tour of New Zealand – and it's a 6.50am start if you want to follow it in the UK. At 8.30am we'll be switching our focus back to Euro 2024 as our rolling news blog kicks into action. At 11am we'll bring you rolling updates from the first day of the latest round of county cricket matches. Georgia v Czech Republic is the first match of the day's Euro 2024 fixtures (2pm), then India take on Bangladesh in the Super Eights of the T20 World Cup – we'll bring you over-by-over updates on that at 3.30pm. Turkey v Portugal (5pm) and Belgium v Romania (8pm) bring our Euro 2024 coverage to a close for the day.  

On Sunday it's an early start in the T20 World Cup with Afghanistan v Australia (1.30am). At 8.30am we'll be back on the Euro 2024 newsblog beat. It's lights out in the F1 Spanish Grand Prix at 2pm, when we'll bring you lap-by-lap updates from the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The Kensington Oval hosts England v USA in the T20 World Cup at 3.30pm and we'll be have over-by-over updates on all the action there. And the weekend's sporting action ends with Scotland v Hungary and Switzerland v Germany at Euro 2024. Both games kick off at 8pm as Group A draws to a close.
