For the past 7 months, Nvidia has been enjoying the highest share price they’ve ever had in their 31-year run.

From $50 in January, its price surged above $100 in May and touched close to $150 in November.

Point is, with all the investor hype and the promise of quick riches this year, investors have been throwing a whole bunch of cash at it.

But there is something you need to know:

Nvidia suffers from a terrible disease I call “priced for perfection”.

Its share valuation is close to 30x its sales, meaning it must continue to grow and execute flawlessly in order to maintain its current valuation. 

Anything less than perfection will lead to enormous losses for investors. 

In fact… it’s already leading to losses.

In the last month alone Nvidia has taken a hit of ~12%.

Any analyst worth their salt will tell you that when a stock falls by 10% or more… 

It’s in correction territory.

Nvidia is starting to fall off its high horse.

But I don’t think it's going to stop there.

I predict we could soon see a further loss of 50% or more.

The “Great Nvidia Crash” is coming.

And it’s not just Nvidia holders that will suffer.

Because they provide the computer chips powering just about every other tech company in the world… Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and more
