The RISO Show arrives this week

Roll up, roll up, for The Riso Show

It's (almost) here! The Riso Show opens next weekend, with work from 30 UK artists working with the risograph technique.

Come along and be surprised at the sheer variety of styles that can be created with this super versatile medium. The Riso Show opens on the 23rd.

New courses in the arches

The Atelier Art Club returns on the 23rd April and our tutors Denise Harrison and Patrick O'Donnell have put together drawing, painting and printing modules designed to give you a deep dive into each medium. Check the listings to choose the sessions you'd like to join, or sign up for the whole module or course and save up to 30%.

Needlelace with Knots

We are looking forward to welcoming acclaimed Argentinian textile artist Adriana Torres to ABtS this June, to teach the stitches and techniques required to create wonderfully illustrative raised images with needle and thread.

As part of her international tour, Adriana will be teaching two classes: Needlelace with Knots and Play and Mend here in the arches on the 9th and 10th of June. Don't miss the chance to catch Adriana on her whistlestop textiles tour. Details will be on our website very soon.

Sketchbooks by the Sea

Following a run on bookings for her courses, we've added an additional date for Katie Sollohub's Sketchbooks by the Sea on 25th & 26th July. Join Katie down on the beach this summer and spend two days in your creative element.
