Last week, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson rolled out $27.8 million for a lavish estate within Beverly Park in a quiet off-market deal. The property has a star-studded past: it was sold to The Rock by Hollywood actor Paul Reiser (“Beverly Hills Cop”), and before that, the residence was owned by rocker Alex Van Halen, who built it in 1993. Meanwhile, over in another part of the 90210, “Million Dollar Listing” star Tracy Tutor shelled out $8.2 million for a home in the ultra-pricey Beverly Hills Flats neighborhood. Her new Spanish Colonial Revival has been extensively renovated, with a showcase-worthy array of ebony hardwood floors and creamy white walls. |
