As I prepare to host our first LIVE workshop since before covid…

I’m reminded of a feel-good example of the life changing power… of having the right strategy.

You see, one of my final pre-pandemic workshops was an intimate day in London, in late 2019.

Two attendees, Rob and Bob, were also full time clients.

It was Rob’s third workshop, while Bob was pretty much brand new to my program and teachings.

As Rob described the results he’d been getting… his daily schedule… and his profits…

Bob’s eyes opened wide as saucers and his jaw dropped to the floor.

Because Rob had once been just like Bob...

Working too much, doing the jobs of a dozen people, and missing out on life.

But over time — and with the help of a few workshops and three years of my coaching on his side — Rob has followed a few success principles that completely changed the game for him…

And I want to share them with you now.

The following are five little-known “Keys to Unstoppable Success”:

1.     You Must Slow Down to Move Faster

Surprisingly, Rob spends very little time working “IN” his business.

Instead, he spends his time in BIG thinking… like all Empire Builders do.

On the other hand, Bob was like most “starting out” entrepreneurs — juggling a full-time job and a side hustle where he does everything.

When Rob was in that same position he realized he needed to “slow down to move faster”, and now he’s truly a free man.

My friend Dan Sullivan, has found that for an entrepreneur to 10X their revenue…

They must massively decrease their time spent working.

You need less time working IN the business and more time away from your office.

You need more time thinking about what matters.

Get clear on your Values and Vision... because they drive every decision.

So slow down on your daily busy work...

...and free yourself up to focus on Empire Building.

2.     You Gotta Think Bigger & Bolder

In order to think bigger and bolder you must say “NO” more often.

You can't save the world by destroying yourself.

If you want to do Great Things, you must do Fewer Things.

Ruthlessly eliminate the little things that hold you back from thinking with a clear mind.

Do you think Russell Brunson built Clickfunnels while running errands to the FedEx store, doing his laundry, or editing videos?

Of course not.

He did so, as he described on a podcast in 2016, by using the Perfect Day Formula to make more time for what matters – BIG thinking and funnel building.

Time for you to do the same.

3.     You Gotta Set Your Ego Aside

If you avoid having outside eyes on your business and your daily activities…

…you will slip into ineffective patterns that can destroy your profits.

You must adopt the mindset of “Kaizen”, by which you are constantly seeking improvement.

Continue to search for better, faster, easier, more profitable ways of doing things…

Ways to improve your product or service… ways to improve yourself.

Only then will you start doing more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

You must be willing to destroy your beliefs... to cut ties with your rituals and routines ... whenever something better and more effective can replace them.

Here are some questions for you to apply to your business:

• Why are you currently getting the results you’re getting?
• What’s working?
• What’s not working?
• How can you improve what is working?
• How can you eliminate what’s not?

Answering these questions is key to continuous growth.

Don’t skip your homework.

4.     You Do Not Know Better

It always makes me sad when an entrepreneur decides to “make things up as they go along”.

For example, instead of following a proven sales consultation method (like the one from Zander Fryer that all my clients receive)…

They choose to “go with their gut feeling” instead.

The result is always disaster.

That’s why I provide my clients with dozens of done-for-you resources.

When you already have what works — there is no need to re-invent the wheel.

Be okay with setting your ego aside and learning from the best at whatever you’re trying to do.

5.     You Cannot Go It On Your Own

The #1 reason I’m so excited to finally be doing live events again…

Is that at every workshop at least one attendee comments on the power of the Mastermind effect.

Just like Bob that day in London:

“Meeting other people just like me, and seeing that other business owners are going through the same battles is a relief. But even better is getting the advice from Rob and others who have figured out how to win these wars.”

Because the knowledge you seek out… the people you learn from and spend time with… the events you go to…

Will change your life.

You truly are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with... for better or for worse.

That’s why you must get around the right people.

When you begin living by these principles…

You will quickly unlock the type of success you’re truly capable of and deserve.

Because it will allow you to leverage the power of outside perspectives and other people’s experience…

And also help you to get out of your own way.

You have great things ahead of you.

Don’t wait any longer before you start.

Success Loves Speed,

Craig
