In the final days of the close Nevada Senate race, Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto and GOP challenger Adam Laxalt have set their sights on Washoe — the home of Reno and the second-largest county in the state. A decisive win here by one of the candidates would almost certainly mean a statewide victory, which in turn could determine the balance of power in the Senate over the next two years.
